Caravelle Saigon, one of HCMC’s most iconic hotels, has announced the appointment of three experienced hospitality professionals to key leadership positions as it aims for continued growth in the heart of the city.
Ngo Thi Thuy Nhien has been appointed as director of rooms. With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Nhien brings a strong emphasis on customer relations and high professional service standards. Her appointment aims to enhance Caravelle Saigon’s overall guest experience and service quality.
The hotel has also welcomed Executive Chef Justin Kam, a culinary expert from Georgetown, Penang. Kam has over 25 years of experience with top-tier, international five-star hotel brands and is expected to infuse Caravelle Saigon’s culinary offerings with innovation and world-class techniques.
Vanessa Kong, boasting an impressive 25-year track record across Asia and the Middle East, has been appointed director of sales and marketing. Kong has held senior roles at renowned hotel groups, including Sheraton and Mandarin Oriental.
