Positive support for growth The Prime Minister has assigned the State-funded public investment plan for 2024 with a combined budget of VND657,349 billion to ministries, central agencies, and localities, including VND225,000 billion from the central State budget and VND432,349 billion from local budgets. On the opening day of the National Assembly’s seventh sitting on May 20, the Government reported that disbursement of public investment capital in the first four months reached 17.46% of the full-year plan, higher than the rate in the same period last year (15.65%, equivalent to VND110,633 billion).
