Le Méridien Saigon Hotel in downtown HCMC has introduced a food program highlighting the culinary experiences of its executive chef Phi Cong.
Since becoming a member of the core team at the five-star hotel, Chef Phi Cong has brought more than 16 years of experience working in leading five-star hotels to breathe new life into the menus used throughout the hotel.
“Culinary experience is not always forced by expensive ingredients, complicated cooking methods, or elegant presentation. When diners enjoy a dish because the enjoyment journey appeals to their palates, that is true cuisine,” Cong said.
Starting in the middle of July, diners at Latest Recipe Saigon, located on the M floor of the Le Méridien Saigon, will be treated to a novel dining experience. A new menu of canapés was also introduced for guests booking exclusive events, chic weddings, and outside catering events.
