HCMC – FPT Automotive, a Vietnamese company specializing in automotive software, opened an office in Pune, India, on January 3, as part of its strategy to increase its global presence.
The opening of the India office will enable the company to cater to the high demand of the automotive sector.
FPT Automotive aims to strengthen its value proposition for customers by improving deployment speed, scalability, and product development efficiency. The Pune office anticipates employing 500 individuals by 2026, primarily highly skilled technology engineers.
The new office is expected to attract new potential customers, as Pune serves as a major hub for automotive manufacturing, hosting car manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Bajaj Auto, and Hero MotoCorp.

FPT Automotive, established by FPT in December last year, focuses on the automotive software market. The company’s headquarters is located in Texas in the U.S.
