HCMC – Dolphin Sea Air Services Corporation and FPT Corporation have clinched a strategic partnership in driving digital transformation within Vietnam’s logistics industry.
This collaboration will leverage the strengths of both entities to pioneer innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and competitiveness within the logistics sector.
As per the agreement, FPT will provide support to Dolphin Sea Air in the implementation of a wide range of digital transformation initiatives, including the development of tailored technology solutions for the logistics industry, the optimization of management systems, automation of business processes, and the creation of mobile applications.
The two companies will explore additional digital transformation services, encompassing enterprise resource planning (ERP), artificial intelligence (AI), chatbots, robotic process automation (RPA), data analytics, cloud computing, and big data.
In the immediate term, the primary focus will be on introducing a digital solution designed to enhance the experience for employees and customers. This initiative aims to establish a comprehensive logistics service chain, offering high-quality, professional, and top-tier services.
Dolphin Sea Air will reciprocate by providing logistics services and consulting solutions to FPT.
