HCMC to auction nearly 64,000 square meters of land in Q3

HCMC – HCMC is set to auction seven land lots totaling nearly 64,000 square meters in districts 3, 6, 11, and Binh Chanh, and Thu Duc City in the third quarter of this year, according to a newly issued land use rights auction plan.

The HCMC People’s Committee has outlined the auction plan, listing key land lots across the city, reported the Vietnam News Agency.

Among the notable properties up for grabs are a townhouse at 453/82 Le Van Sy Street in District 3 and another property at 402/3 Hong Bang Street in District 11.

A larger land lot at 621 Pham Van Chi Street, Ward 7, District 6, measuring 29,877 square meters, is also up for auction.

In Binh Chanh District, the former Binh Chanh Hospital property in Tan Tuc Town, covering 14,455 square meters, is designated for low-rise residential development.

Another lot in Thu Duc City is located at 84/4A, Quarter 3, Linh Trung Ward, with an area of 15,281 square meters. Of this, 12,700 square meters is earmarked for new housing, 1,921 square meters for educational facilities, and 660 square meters for transportation infrastructure.

The remaining two land lots are in the New Southern Urban Area in Phong Phu Commune, Binh Chanh District. The northern lot, spanning 1,802 square meters, is aimed for commercial, service, and office businesses, while the southern lot, covering 2,464 square meters, is designated for a commercial center and office space.
