HCMC – Authorities have gathered data on over 26 million land lots nationwide to integrate it into the national population database, according to the Department of Digital Transformation and Data for Natural Resources and Environment (DINRE).

The integration of land information with the national population database marks a pivotal step in simplifying administrative procedures related to land and ensuring easier verification of information by residents.

Current statistics show that 461 out of 705 districts and 6,198 out of 10,599 communes and wards have already completed the integration process.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has made significant strides in digitalizing land information, offering approximately 100 online public services, with 89 accessible through the National Public Service Portal.

This integration is part of a broader digital transformation initiative undertaken by the ministry to enhance state management of population and land variations within an electronic environment.
