HCMC – Local fuel prices have been adjusted up by VND700 per liter today, March 21, according to a joint announcement by the ministries of Industry-Trade and Finance.
RON 95-III gasoline, the popular petrol in Vietnam, is now priced at around VND24,280 per liter, up by VND741. Meanwhile, E5 RON 92 bio-gasoline now sells for VND23,220 per liter, up by VND729.
Other fuels have also edged up in price, with diesel oil now selling for over VND21,000 per liter, up by VND465, and kerosene VND21,270 per liter, increasing by VND560.
Heavy fuel oil rose by VND667 to VND17,100 per kilogram. During this adjustment, a surcharge of VND300 per kilogram has been imposed on heavy fuel oil.
