HCMC – The director of the Police Department of Yen Bai Province, Colonel Dang Hong Duc, has taken up the post of office manager of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), replacing Lieutenant General To An Xo.
The decision was announced during a ceremony to announce the ministry’s personnel decisions held yesterday, January 31.
Lieutenant General To An Xo is no longer the office manager of the MPS, with effect from today, February 1, but he remains the spokesman of the MPS and assistant to Minister of Public Security To Lam.
