Sofitel Saigon Plaza Hotel has unveiled its mooncake collection made with Vietnamese culture and French elegance for the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival.
This season, the hotel presents two exquisite mooncake boxes. The Emotion box looks like a fashionable handbag, resembling a full moon, symbolizing fullness and contentment in Asian culture. The box has four mooncakes, including Tiramisu with Salted Egg Yolk, Coconut Custard, Matcha and Red Bean, and Jambon with Eight Treasures. The box is priced at VND1,395,000.
Meanwhile, the Magnifique box is designed like a stylish briefcase, offering the same flavors as the Emotion box, with the additional flavors of Scallop XO and Pandan Lotus Seed. The box is priced at VND1,650,000.
