HCMC – The Department of Construction of Hanoi City has approved nine housing development projects to launch more than 5,300 units for sale, with 4,900 of them being condos and the rest being low-rise houses.

The largest project with over 2,400 units is located in Tay Mo-Dai Mo-Vinhomes Park, part of Vinhomes Smart City.

Another major development is the condo complex within Vinhomes Smart City, which will provide more than 1,330 units. The Sunshine Crystal River project in Tay Ho District will add 955 high-rise and 60 low-rise units.

These approvals are part of a broader effort by Hanoi City to make more homes available. The nine projects, eligible for off-plan sale, have met the legal requirements for business operations under the Real Estate Business Law.

The list also includes developments like Langs Village – an office and low-rise residential area in Dong Da District, Tay Nam Me Tri residential complex in Nam Tu Liem District, and the social housing projects CT-05 and CT-06 in the Thanh Lam–Dai Thinh 2 New Urban Area in Me Linh District.

Smaller projects, such as the Van Xuan commercial residential area in Bac Tu Liem District and HUD–Son Tay Urban Area in Son Tay Town, are also open for sale.

In addition to these new projects, the Hanoi City People’s Committee has approved six more social housing projects under its 2021-2025 development plan, set to deliver over 8,300 units between 2026 and 2029, with a combined investment of VND6 trillion.
