HCMC – The Ministry of Health confirmed no new Covid-19 cases tonight, September 21, keeping the country’s tally unchanged at 1,068, while five more patients made a full recovery on the same day.
Up to now, as many as 947 patients have recovered from Covid-19, with the five latest declared free of the virus by Hoa Vang Field Hospital in Danang City, the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Hanoi City, the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Hai Duong Province and the Can Tho Tuberculosis and Lung Disease Hospital.
Among the remaining active Covid-19 cases, 36 patients have tested negative for the virus one or three times.
Over 24,600 people are being put under quarantine, with 385 people placed at local hospitals and over 15,290 others at concentrated quarantine centers, VietnamPlus news site reported.
