Singles with monthly income below VND15 million eligible to buy social homes

The Ministry of Construction has set an income limit for individuals and families eligible to buy or rent social homes. Single people earning no more than VND15 million per month are eligible, while the threshold for married couples is set at VND30 million, the ministry announced.
