Yoga is a set of physical and mental exercises originating from India. Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath and mind, using physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health, and relaxation. It is good for those with anxiety, depression, joint inflammation, respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, and chronic pain. Different from both Pilates and yoga, gym workouts have to be done with various apparatuses and tools at a gym.
