Thousands visit Ngoc Hoang Pagoda for Jade Emperor’s Birthday in HCMC

Large numbers of residents and visitors gathered at Phuoc Hai Pagoda, also known as Ngoc Hoang Pagoda, on Mai Thi Luu Street in Tan Dinh Ward, HCMC on the morning of February 25 (the ninth day of the first lunar month) to offer incense and prayers during the annual Jade Emperor’s Birthday.
