HCMC – Vietnamese real estate developer Kinh Bac City (KBC) has announced that The Trump Organization would develop a US$1.5 billion golf course and hotel project in the northern province of Hung Yen through a partnership with KBC’s subsidiary Hung Yen Hospitality JSC.

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed on September 25 in Florida in the U.S. between representatives of Hung Yen Province, and a consortium of investors chosen by The Trump Organization, including Hung Yen Development Corporation, and two U.S. investment funds: IDG and Horitus.

The project will feature two 54-hole golf courses, a network of hotels and resorts, and a modern residential complex, with a total investment of US$1.5 billion.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump attended the signing ceremony of the partnership between The Trump Organization and Hung Yen Hospitality JSC on the same day.

A representative from The Trump Organization expressed optimism about the project and hopes that Hung Yen Province will support the group’s involvement in future investment projects. They emphasized the potential to strengthen diplomatic ties between Vietnam and the U.S.

The Trump Organization is owned by the family of former U.S. President Donald Trump.
