HCMC – Local low-cost carrier Vietjet is scheduled to restart domestic services on seven routes starting October 10, including those linking HCMC with central and southern provinces.

The carrier will operate one round-trip flight per day on each of the five routes connecting HCMC with Quy Nhon in Binh Dinh Province, Thanh Hoa Province, Tuy Hoa in Phu Yen Province, Phu Quoc Island off the Mekong Delta province of Kien Giang and Nha Trang in Khanh Hoa Province.

On the remaining two routes linking Thanh Hoa with Nha Trang and Phu Quoc, it will operate two round-trip flights per week.

Between October 10 and 19, the airline will seat passengers apart in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam’s regulations. Details about flight schedules and tickets will be available on the carrier’s website at www.vietjetair.com and mobile app, and at its authorized ticket agents and offices.

The airline’s fleet will be equipped with HEPA filters that are able to filter up to 99.7% of dust, bacteria and viruses. Further, all of its frontline staff serving passengers have been fully vaccinated, are equipped with protective gear and are regularly tested.

To ensure compliance with anti-Covid protocols and flight safety, passengers should fully follow anti-virus measures and get updates on the Covid situations at destinations. They can check in online at www.vietjetair.com or on the Vietjet Air mobile app, and should make health declarations in advance as required on the website https://vnkm.yte.gov.vn.
