HCMC – Vietnam’s beauty market, valued at about US$2.3 billion, is emerging as one of the fastest-growing in ASEAN, industry executives and organizers said at the COSMOPROF CBE ASEAN 2026 roadshow in HCMC on May 12.
The event gathered beauty brands, manufacturers, retailers, and industry executives from across the region ahead of the COSMOPROF CBE ASEAN Bangkok 2026 exhibition.
Organizers said ASEAN’s beauty industry is projected to generate more than US$34 billion in revenue in 2026, driven by rising incomes, urbanization, and demand for sustainable and climate-adaptive products.
Vietnam’s premium skincare segment is projected to reach US$1.49 billion by 2034, according to figures cited at the event. Thailand’s beauty and personal care market is forecast to reach US$7.87 billion by 2034, supported by more than 760 certified manufacturers operating under the country’s Bio-Circular-Green model.
Touchapol Wongraksa, director of Informa Markets Thailand, described ASEAN as one of the world’s most dynamic beauty markets and said the exhibition aims to connect businesses across the beauty supply chain.
