HCMC – Party General Secretary and President To Lam departed Hanoi this morning, September 30, for a foreign tour that will take in Mongolia, Ireland and France until October 7.
Accompanying him are high-ranking officials from Vietnamese ministries and agencies, as well as the Vietnamese ambassadors to Mongolia, Ireland and France.
The trips reaffirm Vietnam’s foreign policy of multilateralization and diversification, demonstrating the importance Vietnam attaches to its relationships with these three countries and its wish to elevate the frameworks of cooperation, the Vietnam News Agency quoted Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son as saying.
