HCMC – Vietnam’s telecom giant Viettel Group has recently selected Ericsson Expert Analytics as its big data analytics solution provider to enhance service quality and customer experience.
The technology enables Viettel to resolve customer care issues in a faster and more efficient way, said Nguyen Thi Tam, deputy director of Viettel Networks.
Ericsson’s solution serves as a strategic analytics toolset tailor-made for communications service providers. It supports telecom operators in capturing data and insights from subscribers’ experiences, delivering data-driven operations and strengthening the decision-making processes.
Viettel will be able to predict user satisfaction with the assistance of Ericsson Expert Analytics, thus taking appropriate actions to improve its operational efficiency.
