VinaLiving is honoured to announce that it has taken top spot in five categories at the 2023/24 International Property Awards (Asia Pacific region), one of the most acclaimed industry award programmes in the region.
The awards won by VinaLiving are two prestigious Five Star awards ‘Best Residential Development Vietnam’ for The Ocean Villas Quy Nhon and ‘Best New Hotel Construction & Design Vietnam‘ for Maia Resort Quy Nhon, as well as awards for ‘Architecture Multiple Residence Vietnam’ for The Ocean Villas Quy Nhon, ‘Hotel Interior Vietnam’ for Maia Resort Quy Nhon, and ‘Property Agency/Consultancy Marketing Vietnam’ for VinaLiving. VinaLiving was also nominated for the international round in two categories, ‘Residential Development Asia-Pacific’ and ‘New Hotel Construction & Design Asia-Pacific’ for The Ocean Villas Quy Nhon and Maia Resort Quy Nhon.
The International Property Awards acknowledge excellence in construction, design, and innovation, and highlight the achievements of industry professionals who plan and construct quality new developments. The International Property Awards were established nearly 30 years ago and cover residential as well as commercial categories. The highest scoring winners from the Asia Pacific region will later this year go on to compete against other winning companies from the other global regions to find the ultimate “World’s Best” in each category.
The 2023/24 International Property Awards saw entrants from more than 30 countries. This year’s accolades bring VinaLiving’s total number of International Property Awards to 18 since it competed for its first awards in 2011.
