An Phu Gia Construction JSC, or APGCons, has recently won a tender and broken ground for the first phase of the Cho Town service and urban area project covering some 464 hectares of land in Yen Phong District in the northern province of Bac Ninh. Winning the tender and starting work on such a large-scale project invested by Hung Ngan Trading and Housing Investment JSC created a launch pad for APGCons’ strong growth in the coming time.
Established in 2006, APGCons has made its name known as one of Vietnam’s prestigious construction firms. The APGCons brand is present at 150 huge projects nationwide, including Chingluh Shoe Factory in the Mekong Delta province of Vinh Long, Smart Logistics Warehouse in HCMC’s Cu Chi District, Felisa Riverside Apartment Building in HCMC’s District 8 and D’Vela Apartment Building in District 7.

In the first quarter of 2021, APGCons continued seeing its growth moving upward, as it has won multiple tenders and constructed a series of large projects such as the Topal aluminum bar factory expansion project, the Golden Globe Tower office, commercial and service complex project featuring 20 stories, including four underground floors, and the An Phu Gia Building project, which got off the ground at 72 Ung Van Khiem Street in HCMC’s Binh Thanh District in late March. Once in place, the An Phu Gia Building project, which was designed to have 13 stories, including three underground floors, will become a fully-equipped house for all employees at APGCons.
APGCons has planned the “Taking off and Reaching out” strategy and set a goal to be listed in the top five private civil and industrial construction brands for the 2020-2030 period.
To strive for the goal, APGCons has conquered the northern construction market by breaking ground for various projects in Hanoi City, Bac Ninh and Nghe An. Bac Ninh Province has been considered one of the strategic localities for the firm’s great strides forward in 2021.
An Gia Phu has built a comprehensive ecosystem in which its subsidiaries, including APGCons active in the construction field, RoyalMep specializing in electro-mechanics, An Gia Minh to provide construction equipment, and W.H.Y Soft supplying technology solutions, have operated independently and supported the APG Holdings parent company.
Besides, APG Holdings’ ecosystem has expanded its operation in the real estate sector, with the participation of Eximrs Real Estate Corporation and three of its members, including EximReal, EximPremium and EximSG. The expansion is expected to help An Phu Gia post an impressive growth rate in revenue in the future.
