HCMC – The Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA) has requested local medical centers in Dong Nai Province to prioritize administering the Covid-19 vaccine to workers residing in their companies’ premises after work during the enforcement of the social distancing mandate.
Le Van Danh, deputy head of DIZA, wrote to local medical centers yesterday, August 11, urging the local vaccination teams to prioritize the companies in industrial zones that are letting their workers to stay at the factories after work.
According to the request, vaccination sites should be set up at these companies to prevent workers from leaving their factories for vaccination.
DIZA has published a list of 1,129 companies in industrial zones that are complying to the stay-at-work requirements, with nearly 316,000 employees.
