HCMC – Water supply will be temporarily shut off this weekend, on November 11 and 12, in several districts and wards in HCMC due to scheduled maintenance by BOO Thu Duc Water JSC.
The Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO), the city’s water supplier, has announced a temporary service interruption to facilitate maintenance of the low and medium voltage switchboard system of BOO Thu Duc Water JSC.
The interruption will last from 11 p.m. on November 11 to 2:00 a.m. on November 12.
Areas affected by the supply disruption include District 7, with the exception of Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, specific wards of Can Gio District, Binh Chanh District, District 8, and Thu Duc City.
SAWACO also plans to enhance water supply in central areas using water tank trucks.
