HCMC – An express ferry service connecting HCMC and Con Dao Island is scheduled to commence on May 13, with tickets priced at between VND615,000 and VND1.1 million per trip, according to the HCMC Department of Transport.
With one trip per day, the ferry will depart at 8 a.m. from Hiep Phuoc Port in Nha Be District, HCMC, and arrive at Ben Dam Port in Con Dao off Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province after five hours of travel.
Passengers can either travel directly to Hiep Phuoc Port or board a shuttle boat at Bach Dang Wharf in District 1, which will transport them to Hiep Phuoc.
The HCMC-Con Dao express ferry service is poised to meet the increasing demand for travel while enhancing waterway transportation and tourism in HCMC and Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
