Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa has appointed Paul Dunn as its new general manager.
Paul Dunn has been the hotel’s resident manager since March 2023, concurrently serving as the director of sales and marketing at JW Marriott Hanoi. Throughout his tenure, he has driven significant year-over-year growth in topline revenues, leading the market in Revenue Generation Index (RGI) growth consistently over the past eight years. His leadership contributed to the hotel’s best-performing year in 2023.
With a 26-year career in hospitality, Paul Dunn has held various senior leadership roles in the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
Located on Tran Phu Street, Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa offers 280 ocean-view rooms and five restaurants and bars.
