While its untouched charm is a major draw, camping overnight at Hon Rua Beach is discouraged due to high tides and the lack of infrastructure, such as electricity, phone signals, and internet access. The weather is sunny year-round, with the best time to visit between February and May. Mornings are especially magical, with soft sunlight, refreshing breezes, and the sea’s stunning crystal-blue hue at its most vibrant. The rough sea season from October to December is less ideal for visiting.
