Hue greenlights 450-hectare eco-tourism project

HCMC – Thua Thien-Hue Province has approved a master plan for the Ngu Ho eco-tourism zone, covering 445 hectares in Phong Chuong and Phong Binh communes, Phong Dien District.

The plan includes three zones. Zone A will feature a 27-hole golf course, a clubhouse, and green spaces along Provincial Road 6.

Zone B will include a 10-story hotel, low-rise resort villas, recreational facilities, and four parks, a cactus museum, and entertainment areas.

Zone C, located near Tram Nai Lake, will focus on experiential tourism, featuring agricultural farms, a museum, and wellness facilities.

The project will also incorporate forest protection areas, water zones, green parks, parking facilities, and technical infrastructure to ensure sustainability.

Once completed, the eco-tourism zone will provide a blend of eco-tourism, golfing, and wellness services. It is designed to accommodate 30,000 visitors and staff.
