HCMC – Hanwha Life Vietnam, in collaboration with the Haiphong Women’s Union and the Tien Lang District Department of Education and Training, presented a total of 150 gifts to underprivileged women and students in the area.
This event marks the kickoff and the return of Hanwha Life Vietnam’s 2025 corporate social responsibility (CSR) campaign titled “Trao bao ve, tron an tam.”
On the morning of March 29, Hanwha Life Vietnam joined hands with the Haiphong Women’s Union to present 70 financial support packages, each worth VND500,000, to underprivileged women.
Later that same day, the company continued its community outreach by teaming up with the Tien Lang District Department of Education and Training to present 80 gifts, each also worth VND500,000, to underprivileged students who have demonstrated resilience in the face of hardship.
Altogether, the two events delivered a total of VND75 million in support to needy people.
A representative of Hanwha Life Vietnam said that Hanwha Life Vietnam is committed to bringing them hope, peace of mind, and motivation to rise above adversity and build a brighter future for themselves and the next generation.
This year’s CSR event in Haiphong is a continuation of the “Trao bao ve, tron an tam” initiative launched by Hanwha Life Vietnam in 2024.
In its first year, the program provided thousands of meaningful gifts, including scholarships, school supplies, computers, bicycles, cash donations, and health insurance cards, to nearly 1,400 individuals in difficult circumstances across 27 localities in 20 provinces and cities.
Building on that success, the company has decided to bring the campaign back in 2025 on a larger scale, expanding its reach to more provinces and cities with the aim of spreading compassion to even more lives in need.
Moreover, Hanwha Life Vietnam has also made strategic investments in various other projects, such as personal financial education for the younger generation, career guidance for graduating students, supporting talent development in the fintech sector, and contributing to the building of a high-quality workforce for the country.
