“Glory to Vietnam’s People’s Public Security Forces” program held in HCMC

HCMC – Dozens of police officers put on impressive displays along Le Loi Street in District 1 on the afternoon of June 5, marking the opening of the “Glory to Vietnam’s People’s Public Security Forces” program in HCMC.

Organized by the Ministry of Public Security, the program features motorcycle motorcade demonstrations, brass band performances, martial arts displays, police dog units, crime suppression exercises, and street music shows.

The event celebrates the 77th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s call for patriotic emulation on June 11, looks ahead to the 80th anniversary of the People’s Public Security on August 19, and marks the 20th anniversary of the All People’s Security Safeguard Festival, also on August 19.

This is the first time the program has been held in HCMC, following a successful debut in Hanoi in March this year.

On June 5, the rehearsal for the “Glory to Vietnam’s People’s Public Security Forces” program is held in downtown HCMC, kicking off a series of main activities scheduled from June 6 to 8
The event takes place along Le Loi Boulevard and Nguyen Hue pedestrian street in District 1, drawing large crowds of local residents and tourists
The rehearsal featured martial arts, qigong exercises, tactical simulations, motorcycle stunt shows, and working dog demonstrations
