HCMC – The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance lowered retail fuel prices at 3 p.m. today, November 20.
E5 RON92 gasoline fell by VND37 to VND19,807 per liter, while RON95-III dropped VND34 to VND20,542 per liter.
Most oil products also saw downward adjustments. Diesel fell VND38 to VND19,826 per liter, while kerosene increased VND353 to VND20,288 per liter. Heavy fuel oil declined VND335 to VND13,739 per kilogram.
Since the beginning of the year, Vietnam has conducted 48 fuel price adjustments. RON95 gasoline has been raised 26 times and cut 22 times; diesel has seen 24 increases, 23 reductions, and one session with no change.
