HCMC – Saigontourist Group aims to serve 2.3 million visitors in 2026, up 13.1% from 2025, as it targets double-digit growth across its system.
The target was announced at the group’s 2025 business review and 2026 planning conference held on February 6 in HCMC.
Under its 2026 plan, total system-wide revenue is projected at VND18.8 trillion, an increase of 11.2% from a year earlier. Operating profit is expected to reach VND5.05 trillion, up 16%, while payments to the state budget are estimated at about VND3.96 trillion, an increase of 14.5%.
For the parent company, Saigontourist Group forecasts revenue of VND2.79 trillion, pre-tax profit of VND725 billion, and state budget contributions of around VND1.16 trillion.
Chairwoman of the Members’ Council Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa described 2025 as a year that required flexible adaptation to market fluctuations, noting that the review process was intended to identify both results and limitations to guide adjustments in governance and operational efficiency.
General director Truong Duc Hung outlined measures for 2026, including tighter cost control, savings, waste reduction, and more efficient use of capital and assets across the system. Business plans will be reviewed to reflect market developments.
The group will also continue to streamline its organizational structure and review salary, reward, and training policies to improve workforce quality and motivation.
On investment, Saigontourist Group plans to accelerate several projects, including Exhibition Hall C and a five-star hotel at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, the expansion of the Majestic Hotel, and upgrades to existing accommodation and service facilities.
