HCMC – Minh Dang Group has signed an agreement worth more than 3.5 million euros with Italian machinery manufacturer Brambati S.p.A. to acquire coffee processing technology.
Brambati will supply industrial roasting systems and transfer technology for the BR2400 and BR3600 production lines. The equipment is expected to support the local firm’s coffee processing and development of coffee products for domestic and export markets.
The roasting system will incorporate automated controls for managing roasting profiles and production parameters. The companies said the technology will improve consistency in large-scale processing and enhance energy efficiency.
Minh Dang said it is also developing raw material supply areas with traceability measures to support the production of roasted, drip and instant coffee products, as well as private-label manufacturing for partners.
Brambati manufactures food-processing and coffee-roasting equipment and has been present globally for more than 80 years.
