Pharyngitis remedies

Streptococcal pharyngitis, or strep throat, has to be treated following a prescription by a doctor. But the throat pain can be relieved by some simple remedies at home. According to Suc khoe & Doi song newspaper, streptococcal pharyngitis attacks people of all ages, especially those aged between 5 and 15. This infection can be easily transmitted from one patient to others via fluid from the nose or saliva. The most popular symptoms of strep throat are fever, red and sore throat that may have white patches, pain when swallowing, and swollen, tender neck gland. Other symptoms may be nausea, stomachache, headache, and rash. Streptococcal pharyngitis is treated as prescribed by a doctor. However, patients can adopt some following remedies to relieve the throat pain and swallowing pain. Lemon can help alleviate sore throat with its vitamin C, a strong antioxidant that can strengthen the immune system. Lemon is also an antibiotic that can help relieve pain. Relieve sore throat by drinking a glass of warm water with a teaspoonful of lemon juice. Hold a carpel of lemon with a little salt in your mouth for a while to relieve sore throat.
