Against this backdrop, Daikin introduces the premium FTKM air conditioner series, designed specifically for Vietnam’s climate and consumer needs. The highlight of the product is Humi Comfort Plus – a technology that enables personalized humidity control with three selectable levels: 45%, 55%, and 65%. The FTKM series integrates an intelligent humidity sensor to create flexible air conditions in alignment with ASHRAE standards:
- 45%: suitable for spaces requiring a drier, more ventilated environment or areas prone to high humidity.
- 55%: maintains a balanced condition, helping reduce skin dryness during prolonged air conditioner use.
- 65%: creates a gentler environment at night, helping minimize dry throat discomfort and support more restful sleep.
The FTKM series is also positioned as a proactive air care system, with the DAIKIN AIR SELECT application serving as its central control hub. Through the app, users can:
- Activate Comfort Sleep mode to automatically adjust temperature according to different stages of sleep;
- Use GPS Interlock, enabling the air conditioner to switch on as users approach home and turn off when they leave;
- Monitor electricity consumption and set usage budgets with Bill on Demand.
The product is further equipped with an air purification system featuring Streamer technology and an Enzyme Blue + PM2.5 filter, effectively reducing fine dust particles and airborne allergens. Its white-grey design also complements a wide range of interior styles.
