HCMC – The southern province of Dong Nai is calling for investment in three social housing development projects in Bien Hoa City.
The first project covers 2.4 hectares in Long Binh Ward and has 1,248 units. Its estimated cost is VND1.13 trillion, excluding costs for land clearance compensation and resettlement. Interested parties must submit their registrations by October 14.
Covering 3.5 hectares in Trang Bom District, the second project will provide around 960 units and require a total investment of over VND730 billion. The deadline for registrations of interest is also October 14.
The third project will be developed on 6,400 square meters in Tam Hiep Ward and will need an estimated VND648 billion. Registrations for this project are due on September 30.
These developments are part of Dong Nai’s broader plan to build 50,000 social homes by 2030, addressing the housing needs of low-income earners and industrial zone workers.
