HCMC – The Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) has announced it will delist nearly 182.68 million shares of HAI Agrochem JSC (stock code: HAI), from April 18.

HOSE made this move to protect the interests and rights of investors as the company was found to have seriously violated regulations on information disclosure and other issues.

Earlier, HOSE decided to suspend this company from trading its shares on the HCMC bourse from August 31, 2022, as it continued to violate information disclosure regulations after its shares were put under trading restriction.

HOSE issued a reminder on April 3 to HAI Agrochem JSC regarding its delays in filing the 2022 audited financial statement. However, the company has yet to submit it until now.

Prior to HAI, another FLC-related pair of stocks, FLC and ROS, had also been delisted from HOSE.
