HCMC – Microsoft Vietnam, in collaboration with programming training system Aptech and InterEdu, recently launched the Imagine Cup Junior 2024 competition nationwide.
The Imagine Cup Junior is an annual event designed for students aged 5-18, with the goal of inspiring them to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to tackle complex global issues such as climate change, health, cultural heritage preservation, and assistance for individuals with disabilities.
Endorsed by the Department of Information Technology under the Ministry of Education and Training, the program encourages students to foster a love for technology and explore innovative methods to apply AI to real-world challenges.
Participants will have the opportunity to acquire practical experience and enhance their soft skills. Students will also receive valuable educational resources and assistance from Microsoft Education and Aptech, and they will be able to compete at the international level while connecting with peers worldwide.
Featuring both online and offline rounds, the competition is open to students from all secondary and high schools nationwide.
The global winners will be announced on June 13, with the Vietnamese winners being announced between June 14 and 30.
