HCMC – Khanh Hoa Province has approved investment policies for three industrial park projects with total registered capital of nearly VND11.5 trillion, including two developed by VSIP and Becamex IDC.
At a ceremony on December 31, the provincial government granted in-principle approvals and investor recognition for the construction and operation of the industrial park infrastructure projects.
The first project, Ninh Xuan 1 Industrial Park, will be developed by Becamex IDC with an investment of about VND4.63 trillion. Covering nearly 496 hectares in Tan Dinh and Tay Ninh Hoa communes, the project is scheduled for completion within 60 months.
The second project, Ninh Xuan 2 Industrial Park, will be developed by Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP). It will span around 490 hectares in the same area, with total investment estimated at VND4.03 trillion and a development timeline of up to 60 months.
The third project, Ninh Diem 1 Industrial Park, will be invested by Ninh Khanh Land Development JSC. With capital of about VND2.83 trillion, the project will cover 241.5 hectares in Dong Ninh Hoa Ward and Bac Ninh Hoa Commune, and is expected to be completed within 36 months.
All three industrial parks are granted an operating term of 70 years.
Provincial leaders said the projects are strategically important for building a modern, green and sustainable industrial ecosystem. They are expected to expand industrial development space, attract secondary investors, create jobs, increase budget revenue and support economic restructuring.
Khanh Hoa authorities pledged to maintain a transparent and stable investment environment, stressing that investor success is closely tied to local development.
The approvals also mark the continued expansion of Becamex and VSIP industrial park brands beyond their traditional base in former Binh Duong Province, now part of HCMC.
