HCMC – Several officials from various provinces have been expelled from the Party by the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat due to their misconducts.
The Secretariat of the Party Central Committee (PCC) today, April 9, took disciplinary action against multiple Party members in Vinh Phuc, Phu Yen, Quang Ngai, Ha Giang, and Gia Lai provinces.
Among those expelled from the Party are Le Duy Thanh, deputy Party secretary and chairman of the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc Province; Pham Dinh Cu, former deputy Party secretary and former chairman of the People’s Committee of Phu Yen; Dang Van Minh, deputy Party secretary and chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Ngai Province; and Cao Khoa, Quang Ngai’s former Party secretary and former chairman.
Ha Hoang Viet Phuong, head of the Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Industrial Parks in Quang Ngai Province; Nguyen The Binh, director of Ha Giang Province’s Department of Education and Training; and Nguyen Tu Son, former director of Gia Lai Province’s Education Department, were also stripped of all their Party positions.
These individuals were found to have displayed ideological and ethical degradation, violating both State laws and Party rules. Their actions resulted in severe consequences and public disgrace, damaging the reputation of the Party.
In a recent development, police detained Thanh, Minh, and Khoa on alleged charges of bribe taking in the Phuc Son Group JSC case. Pham Dinh Cu was indicted for violating regulations on the management and use of State assets, leading to loss and wastefulness.
