HCMC – Phu Dong Group, a local housing developer, has begun work on an affordable housing project in the southern province of Binh Duong.
The Phu Dong SkyOne apartment building project is situated in the heart of Di An City, offering apartment units at VND1.2 billion to VND2.2 billion each.
The project comprises two 30-floor towers and features a total of 780 units of 42 to 75 square meters.
The project boasts excellent connectivity to major transportation routes, including My Phuoc-Tan Van Road, National Highway 1K, National Highway 13, and Pham Van Dong Avenue. It is also conveniently located near the Vincom Plaza Di An shopping mall and several major industrial parks, such as the Song Than 2 Industrial Zone.
Ngo Quang Phuc, CEO of Phu Dong Group, said that the project will offer various amenities, including swimming pool, gym, yoga studio, children’s playground, and barbecue area.
When in place, Phu Dong SkyOne will address the demand for low-cost homes in Binh Duong, which is home to huge numbers of factory workers and young professionals. The project is expected to be a popular choice for local residents seeking a comfortable and budget-friendly place to call home.
Founded in 2011, Phu Dong Group has been involved in multiple residential projects in Binh Duong, including Phu Dong Premier, Phu Dong Sky Garden, and Him Lam Phu Dong.
