HCMC – ProPak Vietnam 2024, an international processing and packaging exhibition for Vietnam, is set to take place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7, HCMC, from April 3 to 5.
With an exhibition area covering 15,000 sq.m, the exhibition will feature over 450 exhibitors from more than 30 countries and territories, including the U.S., Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Thailand and Japan.
The three-day exhibition featuring conferences, seminars, and technical sessions to explore innovative machinery, equipment, and technologies for upgrading production processes.
Jeffrey Au, head of Sales, International Sales Office Asia, Informa Markets – the organizer of ProPak Vietnam, said: “Plastic packaging consumption will continue to grow despite anti–plastic sentiment and increasingly stringent waste management regulations. In that context, forward–thinking brands see a future for plastic packaging that can support the circular economy. The primary focus for the industry should be on delivering packaging designed for easy recycling and developing recycling systems that can help reintegrate plastic within a circular economy.”
A new exhibition area called DrinkTech will also be lauched at ProPak Vietnam 2024 to display new technologies, equipment and solutions serving the beverage industry.
