HCMC – Resorts across Vietnam are gearing up for the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday, or Tet, by offering special programs and festive decorations to attract both domestic and international visitors.
Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram, a luxury resort in the southern coastal province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau, is providing a variety of Tet experiences, including a Traditional Tet Hamlet, art performances like dragon and lion dances, and special dining options.
At the resort, the “Wealth of the Spring” set menu offers Vietnamese classics, while the “Fan-Tết-Tic” international buffet caters to diverse palates.
Room packages also come with discounts for early bookings, available until the end of February.
In Hoi An City in the central province of Quang Nam, Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai is combining Tet celebrations with Valentine’s Day festivities.
Guests can participate in traditional activities, witness a lion dance and a New Year’s prayer ceremony, and enjoy special culinary offerings at various restaurants, including beachside barbecues and Japanese cuisine.
The resort also offers spa treatments, meditation sessions, and romantic “Bake, Breathe & Bask” packages for couples.
This year, Tet coincides with Valentine’s Day, prompting some resorts to blend the two themes to provide unique experiences. Vietnamese hotels are striving to cater to a wide range of traveler desires during the festive season.
