HCMC – The Saigon Times, an English news site of the Saigon Times Group, is thrilled to announce that 40 businesses with outstanding corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices have been selected for recognition as its sixth annual CSR program this year.
With their remarkable contributions to society, the 40 companies will be honored at the Saigon Times CSR 2024 Merit Ceremony, which is scheduled to take place at Gem Center in District 1, HCMC on November 14, 2024.
Launched in late April, the Saigon Times CSR 2024 program received hundreds of inspiring stories from Vietnamese and foreign-invested businesses nationwide.
Ninety of these stories have since been published on the Saigon Times CSR page and its sister online newspaper in Vietnamese, Kinh te Saigon Online, highlighting the positive impacts which these companies have left on local communities.
Since its inception in 2019, the Saigon Times CSR program has consistently recognized those businesses making meaningful contributions to sustainable development and people’s well-being. The program serves as a platform to foster, preserve, and honor a great sense of social responsibility among the business community.
