On December 28, 2023, Sao Mai Group collaborated with Trieu Son District to hold a groundbreaking ceremony of Sao Mai new urban area project in Minh Son Commune, Trieu Son Town, Trieu Son District, Thanh Hoa Province.
The ceremony featured the participation of Pham Thi Thanh Thuy, member of the provincial Party’s Standing Committee, head of the Mass Mobilization Commission, chair of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Le Quang Hung, member of the provincial Party’s Standing Committee, head of the provincial Committee on Economy; Nguyen Quang Hai, member of provincial Party Committee, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Council; and former officials of the province, department heads, officials of Trieu Son District and neighboring provinces and residents.
Sao Mai new urban area is situated right at the center of Trieu Son District, which is 20 kilometers from Thanh Hoa City. The eastern urban area is bordered on one side by National Highway 47C, and is adjacent to Dau Noi Street to the west. Within a one-kilometer radius, the urban area has easy access to public utilities such as school, hospital, hotel, market, and spiritual tourist destination.
The project is built on nearly 50 hectares of land, with an investment cost of more than VND1,000 billion. It comprises 1,313 plots of semi-detached houses, nearly 30 plots of villas and over 41 plots of shophouses, all for a population of over 10,000 residents. Work on the project will be expedited so that it could be completed in two years since the date of license. It is a high-class urban area which evidences Sao Mai Group’s commitments on investments in its homeland.
Sao Mai Group aspires to join hands with local authorities to change the appearance of the area and accelerate the modernization and urbanization of Trieu Son District in particular and Thanh Hoa Province as a whole. With an aim to improve residents’ livelihoods, step up economic transformation from agricultural production to trading and services, tourism and industrial manufacturing, the project will be developed into a smart urban area with a seamless ecosystem and internal utilities, including commercial center, amusement park, internal roads, a school and a cultural center. All of these are expected to fully meet the residents’ demand for enhanced connectivity.
It is worth noting that each residential subdivision will be arranged scientifically and modernly to highlight the 4.0 technologies of the urban area. Sao Mai new urban area in Minh Son Commune, Trieu Son Town, boasting its modernity and consistency in social and technical infrastructure, is anticipated to attract numerous residents from the outskirts of the province, thereby adding more value to properties of the whole region.
Situated at a favorable location, the urban area with its impressive design and good construction quality, will contribute to creating a comprehensive municipal landscape and boosting the development of the local economy. The project is a highlight of the group’s journey moving northward this year. The successful groundbreaking ceremony of the project reaffirms the real estate sector remains the spearhead and advantage of the group.
Sao Mai new urban area in Minh Son Commune, Trieu Son Town is the second project of the group which follows the success of Sao Mai new urban area in Xuan Thinh Commune, Trieu Son District which was built in 2017.
At the ceremony, Sao Mai Group’s management handed over a board indicating a donation of 400 tons of cement to Trieu Son Town, Minh Son, Tho Dan and Xuan Thinh communes for the purpose of building new-style rural areas.
