Fi Vietnam 2026 to spotlight future of food and beverage ingredients

As Vietnam’s only exhibition dedicated to food and beverage ingredients, Fi Vietnam 2026 is set to mark its largest edition to date, with more than 300 exhibitors and 9,000 industry participants from 40 countries expected to attend. The event is poised to set a new benchmark in scale and international participation, further reinforcing its role as a global sourcing hub for the region.

The exhibition is developed by leading Vietnamese associations, including the HCMC Food and Foodstuff Association (FFA), the Vietnam Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Association (VBA), and the Vietnam Food Science and Technology Association (VAFoST).

On the morning of May 15, the Beverage Conference, led by VBA, will explore the topic: “Future Development of Beverage Additives Market in Vietnam.”

Earlier, on the afternoon of May 13, the Health Protection Foods Conference, hosted by VAFoST, will focus on “Technologies, Innovations, and Trends in Ingredients for Health Protection Foods.”

Fi Vietnam 2026 presents a diverse international conference program, bringing together global experts to share insights on trends shaping the food and beverage ingredients industry.

The Functional Ingredients Stars conferences, scheduled for the mornings of May 13 and 14, will showcase pioneering health-focused innovations and explore how functional ingredients are driving competitiveness in ASEAN food and beverage products.

On the morning of May 13, the Food Safety Conference will address key issues in standards, regulations, and risk management, highlighting the importance of safety and transparency across global supply chains.

Halal Day @ Fi Vietnam will offer a dedicated platform for one of the fastest-growing segments in the global food industry. The program will feature a full-day conference on May 14 themed “Building Vietnam’s Halal Future: Insights and Opportunities”, along with a Halal Clinic and product showcase.

The Business Breakfast conferences, taking place on the mornings of May 13 and 14, will explore the topics “The challenges and opportunities for functional beverages” and “Top trends and opportunities in consumer health in Southeast Asia”, offering insights into evolving consumer behavior and market dynamics.

Fi Vietnam 2026 will introduce the Eat for the Future Conference, aimed at inspiring action toward a more sustainable and resilient food system.

In addition, technical seminars hosted by exhibitors will provide practical, real-world applications and solutions, enabling attendees to translate insights into actionable strategies for product development and business growth.
