TTC Land, Coteccons start work on building in Danang

HCMC – Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate JSC (TTC Land) and Coteccons Construction JSC (CTD) jointly broke ground on the TTC Plaza Danang complex building project in Danang City on January 10.

The TTC Plaza Danang is located in Thanh Khe District, close to the Danang International Airport in the city. The complex building comprises 18 floors, with over 30,000 square meters of office space for rent.

Once completed, it is expected to become one of the key commercial complex projects in the heart of Danang City.

The TTC Plaza Danang project, with Coteccons as the main contractor, marks the strategic collaboration between TTC Land and Coteccons.

Closing the trading session today, January 11, CTD rose by 1.92% day-on-day to VND69,000 per share.

With 250 gainers and 221 losers, the VN-Index of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange added 0.68 points, or 0.06%, against the previous session, at 1,162.22 points.

There were nearly 860.5 million shares transacted on the southern market, with a total value of VND17.3 trillion, down 13% and 17% over yesterday’s session, respectively. Some VND1.46 trillion worth of shares were traded in block deals.

Bank stocks were actively traded on the market. Notably, EIB was top performer, soaring by 4.2% to VND19,900, with a trading volume of over 27.8 million units.

Meanwhile, lender SHB continued to take the lead by liquidity, with more than 46.1 million shares changing hands.

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index added 1.3 points, or 0.56%, to 232.72 points, with 89 winners and 84 losers. The total trading volume reached 82.3 million shares, with a value of nearly VND1.55 trillion.
