CAN THO – Victoria Can Tho has launched the “Street Food” buffet, highlighting the cuisine culture of Vietnam’s southwest, said Vo Xuan Thu, director of Victoria Can Tho Resort.
The “Street Food” buffet features 30 dishes served at the salad station, the live spring rolls station, the pancake station, the hot station, the BBQ station and the dessert station. The dishes include beef salad, chicken salad, spring rolls, grilled eggplant with oil and green onions, crab noodle soup, banh xeo (Vietnamese pancake), fried rice with egg, grilled shrimp, grilled corn and Vietnamese sweet soup, to name a few.
Tickets are VND490,000 per adult and VND340,000 per kid under 12 years of age. The buffet is available every Saturday and is aimed at families and those visiting the Ninh Kieu Walking Street by the Hau River on the weekend.
Located by the Hau River, the Victoria Can Tho Resort attracts tourists with its old Indochina architecture and Vietnamese cuisine.
