In response to the worsening developments of the Covid-19 pandemic in many provinces and cities across the country, during May and June this year, Mondelez Kinh Do Vietnam donated another 2,300 cases of products worth more than VND2 billion to support localities heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, including Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The donations were made via Mondelez Kinh Do’s partners, the Packaging Recycling Organization Vietnam (PRO Vietnam) and the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (Amcham Hanoi).
This is the company’s latest donation. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 which has affected people’s livelihood nationwide, up to now, Mondelez Kinh Do has donated more than 7,000 cases of products with a total value of more than VND5 billion to health workers, government agencies, and people in many provinces and cities across the country, lending a helping hand in the fight against the pandemic.
Thousands of Mondelez Kinh Do’s quality products including Solite, COSY Chocolate & Oat biscuits, AFC, Oreo… have been sent to front-liners and people in affected areas such as hospitals (in Bac Giang, Nghe An), My Hao Town (Hung Yen), the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases (Hanoi), anti-pandemic forces in An Lac, Binh Tan (HCMC), hospitals in Nghe An, Ha Tinh… to contribute to promoting sustenance for the frontliners as well as to encourage the people to overcome difficult times together.
