HCMC – Over 260 food and hospitality businesses from the U.S., Italy, Poland, Canada, China, and Singapore participated in Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in HCMC.

The exhibition, held from March 24 to 26, gathered nearly 400 companies from 36 countries and territories, up almost 30% compared to last year. More than 65% of exhibitors were foreign enterprises, underscoring the strong appeal of Vietnam’s domestic market.

U.S. firms led in both the number and diversity of products, while European businesses, particularly those from Italy and Poland, are expanding investment opportunities in food processing, restaurants, and hospitality services.

Consul General of Italy in HCMC Alessandra Tognonato said that Vietnam is a vibrant market, which is experiencing rapid growth. Young consumers are reshaping a new phase of transformation in the food and hospitality sectors. With the industry scale to reach US$80 billion by 2030, there is still great potential for cooperation.

According to Vice President of the Vietnam Tourism Association Do Hong Xoan, this event highlights Vietnam’s role as a strategic partner for global F&B and hospitality suppliers.

Alongside product showcases, the event features a series of thematic seminars and professional competitions, which facilitate targeted one-on-one meetings between exhibitors and qualified buyers, enhancing business-matching opportunities.
